I love it. Obama being race baited by the Clintons – White Right Rush Limbau mounting his scum crusade to urge voters (read, Reagan democrats, and moderate and conservative working white middle class Wal Mart shoppers) to vote for Hillary. Obama making a 3/4s honest speech about "race in America" and his ex-pastor doing a stump dance to rap on national TV, talking about GOD and the election. And any number of currently "established" African Americans talking about not doing nonsense outside the convention if Obama is not chosen as the nominee. And Obama wants to move on!

How can you "move on" when a great part of the body civic is being dragged behind the family mini-van of America with chains around its neck?

And don’t come to me with this shitty notion that "white people" cannot talk about either racism or the effect of African slavery in America!

We know that white people were not chained on ships, tossed to the sharks, mercilessly beaten and murdered, forced into breeding stalls, torn asunder from their parents, native lands and culture, enslaved for hundreds of years and then treated less than human until this date. But to think that the effect of this and the nature of the Master’s Slavocracy did not warp them, effect the health of their circumstance, disfigure their chance at "the American dream," does no justice to either history or them as human beings.

And especially for "white people" of the United State’s South?

I got news for you brothers and sisters: if you were born into the Southern United States and poor, you don’t know who or what you are! There was so much "intermingling" in the woodshed and behind the outhouse, that chances are you’re some of everything that is American and I can tell your right now that gives you a right to speak up about any shit in this country!

Now lets get to the facts of the matter:

There are two defining events in "America’s" history of race relations on the "American" continents.

1- Christopher Columbus brought a Catholic, European concept of civilization to this land.
In 1452, Pope Nicholas V issued the papal bull Dum Diversas, granting Afonso V of Portugal the right to reduce any "Saracens, pagans and any other unbelievers" to hereditary slavery which legitimated slave trade under catholic beliefs of that time. This approval of slavery was reaffirmed and extended in his Romanus Pontifex bull of 1455. These papal bulls came to serve as a justification for the subsequent era of slave trade and European colonialism.
Thus, these proponents of GOD cast an aristocratic, religious class concept, inbred with racial supremacy upon these lands and people of "less civilized" regions were deemed as savages and heathens. These people were to be conquered, baptized into the Christianity of the Inquisition and either enslaved or killed. The Europeans then branded the continents themselves, as Martin Waldseemüller and Matthias Ringmann, German cartographers, named the place "the Americas," after a Spanish fool by the name of Amerigo, and these lands would forever be the providence of the conquerors, oh, and their GOD. As a result the indigenous people were denied their own nation and society, and "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

These Europeans brought genocide, both practice and coincidental, to the "Americas" and the end result was the decimation of a whole people; both by death and on the North American continent a gradual process of institutionalization on pitiless places called "reservations."

The form of "integration" of the remaining indigenous people was a failure. The indigenous peoples of the "Americas" to this day live in isolated exclusion in North America or continue to face genocidal extinction as the heirs to the European conquerors continue to "settle" the natural habitat of all three Americas.

2- These European planter conquerors sought cheap labor to build their aristocratic, racially superior class and caste society. When the indigenous people refused or escaped into the hinterlands of their land, the Europeans turned to Africa where a form of slavery as the product of war continued. Using African and North African slavers, the Europeans purchased kidnapped slaves and began to ship millions of slaves en masse to the Americas. 1-2 million of these peoples were murdered during the "middle passage" between the two continents.

The Africans kidnapped into slavery would not be "free" until 1865, as a result of the end of the Civil War in the United States. Yet by 1870 they would again be in bondage in another form of slavery akin to that of Apartheid South Africa. In the Southern states of the defeated Slavocratic Confederacy the laws and policies of Jim Crow and segregation were dramatically worse than in other parts of the re-United States. The rise of organized armed racists of the Old South sought to resurrect the dictatorship over the lynched bodies and terrorized populace of African Americans and brain washed white commoners. Throughout the fabricated nation the mass indoctrination of white people led to varying forms of racial segregation, discrimination and bias that continues to this day.

The multi-trillion dollar economic machine that grew out of the decimation of the indigenous people and the sweat, labor and death of the enslave African people would become the engine of success for countless millions of white descendants of the European conquer-masters. This prefabricated nation rose to world domination as it took its practice of conquer and control internationally. By 2000 it was the world’s only Super Power, both economically and militarily.

Not one time in its history has the United States, a government owned and controlled by the heirs of the European conquerors, apologized or made reparations to either the remaining indigenous people, or to the descendents of the slaves. The descendents of both people’s live with both a historic stigma and social impediment: having been placed in reservations or kept in segregation for hundreds of years, denied social and economic access to the privileges and rights of the dominate white population, they have been unable to compete fairly in the nation’s "market place."

Thus, they remained impoverished, denied social mobility and psychologically oppressed. They have been universally treated as socially and racially inferior, stigmatized as incompetent and socially ill. Castigated as prone to criminality, promiscuity, and alcoholic and drug laden. Thus, these people are ill repaired of the damage done unto them through no fault of their own.

So I ask you: how do you "move on" when a significant part of the body civic is kept from "moving on;" when the pain and suffering of hundreds of years is not amended?

How do you "move on" from a genocidal past, when the illness of the genocide still strikes the body?

You cannot. To suggest it is at best folly. It is the product of a "hope" born of an unacceptable compromise with reality; the hype of politicians; the sickness of denial and in all reality, a scam.

There will never be such progress within the United States until the issues of slavery and the genocide of the indigenous people and the handicap and damage of Jim Crow is dealt with openly and honestly in the Congress and in the public of the nation. Until blame is placed and accepted; until reparation – amends of sufficient means are paid to those harmed. And those harmed are vast in number.

But then so is the cost of imperialism and paid every day by the American taxpayer. Paid to keep hearth aflame, cars on the road, food in the larder, TVs running, surround sound playing and the kids off to the colleges of delusionary higher education.

So it is not as if the means were not there. It is the willingness to face the truth, something that Obama runs from, and something the ruling class who owns him will not allow.

But until it does, there will be no "moving on" and no peace.
